Product Guarantee

Customer service is important to us. We promise you’ll love our product. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Upon the return of the item, we’ll refund your purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Returns

If you aren’t entirely happy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. Return the item in an unused and as-new condition and we will refund your purchase. At this time we do not do exchanges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer, and initial shipping costs are not refunded.

Privacy Policy

Because we handle all sales through Etsy and PayPal, we never have access to your financial information. We do require your name, shipping address, and email address. This information is used to fill orders or contact you if there is a problem. We do not sell, distribute, or disclose your information.

Shipping

We mail via USPS within the US and select countries and include tracking numbers with all orders. Orders generally ship within 1 to 2 business days for items in stock. Out of stock and custom orders may require longer processing times.
