It's been both pretty busy and pretty quiet around here lately. Smallhouse Models has been working hard on their latest furniture pieces, and our personal lives have settled back down as well. With Jared gone, the house actually isn't nearly as silent anymore. Sally feels ok to run around and laugh, and I'm not walking on eggshells either. On the last day of the Aztec Imports Convention, we finally had a chance to walk around and see the other booths. We met a bunch of people and mingled as well as newcomers can. Every year Aztec Imports throws a convention. This year Smallhouse Models attended and they asked my family to go with as 'booth babes'. My dad and Mary Anne declined, but after confirming with April that the job didn't actually involve being scantily clothed, I accepted as did Jared, though he was a bit disappointed at hearing that.
